How Do I Cancel My Membership?

To cancel your membership, you must do so through your online portal. Simply login to your online account as you normally would. Select “My Account” from the upper right hand corner. Once on this page, click the “cancel my account” button. Fill in the required details and confirm. You will then receive an email confirming you have canceled your membership with the email address on file.

 

How Do I Update My Billing Information?

To update your billing information, you must do so through your online portal. Simply login to your online account as you normally would. Select “My Account” from the upper right hand corner. Once on this page, click the “update credit card” button. Fill in the required details and confirm. You will then receive an email confirming you have updated your billing information with the email address on file.

 

I Need a New Sticker

If you need a replacement sticker please bring proof of membership to your site so we can issue you a new once. Unfortunately, you cannot request a new sticker online and have it sent to you.

 

Why is My Carwash Closed?

Due to changing COVID regulations, demand, and labor supply, site location hours may vary. For the most accurate hours and up-to-date information, please call your site for specific hours. We do our best to keep our website and Google Maps updated as well. Also, please keep in mind that you can use your fast pass at any of our convenient locations.
