You will need your FastPass number and the last four digits of your credit card on file.
Are vacuums free?
Vacuums are free with any wash purchased.
What is a FastPass?
A FastPass is the sticker that goes into your windshield for our monthly wash plans.
It allows you access to all of our wash locations, allows you one wash a day and gets you in and out in under three minutes.
It works just like magic and we like to keep it that way!
How much does a FastPass cost?
FastPass pricing is based on region.

We take great pride in the quality of our washes and satisfaction of our customers. We are disappointed to have let you down in this regard, but we welcome the opportunity to make it right. Hours of Operation
Thank you for stopping by one of our Rainstorm locations for a car wash. We are so sorry to hear that we were not open at the time of your visit. Our hours of operation do change throughout the year and can cause some confusion. We urge you to check our social media or give us a call prior to heading over if it’s outside of regular M-F 7am-7pm business hours. We truly hope to see you again soon!
Cancelling Plans and Refunds
We are sad to see you leave Rainstorm but are happy to help you with your cancellation and refund needs. Please contact us to fill out a cancellation request form for information about your specific refund situation. We look forward to helping you!
Wash or Vacuums Not Working
First off, please accept our sincerest apologies from the Rainstorm family for the issues you encountered during your experience with us. We pride ourselves in our equipment working as it should so you can have a fast and pleasant car wash experience. The local manager at Rainstorm will be informed and can provide a solution to prevent this from happening again.
